Stainless Steel Water Cooling Belt
The Stainless Steel Cooling Band is composed of cooling- sheeting rolls, stainless steel band conveyor, crusher and driving system. The discharged material from extruder is sheeted at thickness of 1-1.5mm by rollers that are cooled by water. The sheeted material is transported to the crusher while being continually cooled by water which is sprayed to the underside surface of the stainless steel band (or cooled by refrigerated air). Then crushed chip material falls down to the hopper. Attention: Temperature of cooling water should be <15 degree C>Features:
