Metallic Powder Bonding Mixer
The metallic Bonding Mixer is made by stainless steel, used for pre-mixing powder coating raw materials and pigments. The mixer included two container parts: mixing container and cooling container. Controlled by computer program for temperature and mixing speed adjustment according to different bonding powder’s requirement. For safety, the system also use inert gas N2.
The bonding mixer has auto temperature control system for heating and cooling, also has light alarm for any fault. Excellent flash effect for metallic powder, good color reproducibility between batches, powder high recycling rates, easy clean and maintain.
