Water Cooling Belt
FYJ Series Air Cooling Belt
Air Cooling Belt are composed of nip rolls, knotty stainless conveyor and crush spur. The kneaded materials coming down from extruder are squeezed into a sheet with thickness of 1-1.5mm. The nip rolls are cooled by water. The sheet is transported to crush spur and cooled by fans continually. In the end, the spur is to break the sheet into flakes.
