SLJ Series Twin Screw Extruder
The Twin Screw Extruder is designed with two co-rotating screw shafts. The raw material in barrel is to be excellent dispersed and kneaded causing the screw bushings and kneading blocks on the two shafts are precisely meshing together.-
Main Components:
* Screw elements uses nitrided steel, high speed tool steel and other special materials. Good mixing effect, raw materials residence is shorten in barrel, high production efficiency.,
* Barrel & liner : use special steel materials for barrel body, extended machine life; there is inserted liner mounted in the barrel which is high wear and corrosion resistance, to reduce the customer’s cost.
* Gearbox: high torque design gearbox, assembly with special alloy steel transmission parts. high speed, high torsion, low noise.
* Feeder: twin screw type volume feeding system, uniform and accurate feeding speed. Also the agitate blade inside can avoid bridge of raw materials.
* Electrical control system: all use international famous brand components such as Siemens,Schneider and etc.
* Modular control design for all equipment parts, also with friendly operation interface to display the real running status.
* Interlock design for all critical parts can ensure the system operation safety
